COVID-19: Guide to State Regulations
Since the U.S. Department of Homeland Security/Cyber and Infrastructure Security Agency's federal guidance was published, we have seen a growing patchwork of differing state declarations as to what and who constitutes "essential services and workers". Some states have adopted the federal guidelines, others have adopted them with modifications, some have issued their own guidelines, and more have issued no stay-at-home orders at all.
We've discovered an excellent online, continuously updated repository of the status of state regulations, along with other very helpful links and tools to assist your efforts to stay up-to-date and in compliance.
The resource is the MultiState COVID-19 Policy Tracker and is open to all as of now. If you have questions about regulations in any state where you are operating, it may prove an excellent resource.
